Climate Literacy Tool: Bridging Knowledge Gaps in the Climate Space
Metro Vancouver
13:45
Taking action on climate requires a supportive constituency. Research shows there’s a gap between wanting to see more action from government, and supporting actions that governments identify as most effective. This session introduces the Climate Literacy Tool, a resource designed to improve public understanding of climate solutions. The session will feature a high-level presentation on priorities for action in the Metro Vancouver region, and then introduce and explore the Climate Literacy online learning tool. The majority of your time will be spent workshopping the tool, exploring practical applications, and opportunities for collaboration. This aims to equip participants with valuable knowledge and a new tool to advance climate literacy in their own networks.
