Mike is a public policy executive with more than 20 years of experience in transportation policy, local government, governance and communications. His current position with the Mayors’ Council on Regional Transportation puts him at the nexus of policy, intergovernmental relations and politics, working with Metro Vancouver’s 23 mayors to develop and deliver their agenda to support and improve the region’s transit network.

Mike has a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Victoria, and has worked for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, local governments in Greater Victoria, as well international NGOs in Canada and Australia.
